The Vincennes Rotary Club presented a check for $100,000 to the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation for the Hospital’s new Health Education Building Tuesday afternoon. The donation is the largest in the Rotary’s history. The building will be used for health education, medical resident training, and community sessions. The building’s overall cost is $2.5 million. GSH foundation president Gary Hackney says a major fund-raising campaign is coming after Labor Day. Hackney says they hope to break ground on the building next year.
