The Vincennes City Council met in regular session Monday. The City Council approved on first reading an ordinance authorizing the transfer of funds and the additional appropriation of funds for the Rainy Day Fund to the Pantheon Business Theater project in the amount of $617,500. The council also approved on first reading an ordinance establishing a fund for the Pantheon Theater project. Council president Scott Brown was named to the Pantheon Theater governing board.
