A wanted Vincennes man was arrested over the weekend for failing to register as a sex offender. Vincennes Police located 30 year-old Robert Alumbaugh in the 1000-block of North 12th Street. Alumbaugh was wanted on the failure to register charge from Lawrence County. Alumbaugh was taken to the Knox County Jail, before being extradited to Lawrence County.
