Javier Baez stole home late in the game to break a scoreless tie and Jon Lester pitched seven solid innings Sunday to lead the Chicago Cubs to a 2-0 win over the New York Mets at Citi Field. The win completed a four game series sweep. Lester and Mets pitcher Steven Matz were locked in a pitchers duel until the seventh when Baez and Willson Conteras led off with back to back singles putting runners at first and third. They then pulled off  a double steal with Matz throwing to first and Baez broke for home beating the throw from Mets first baseman Adrian Gonzalez. They added another insurance run to complete the scoring. The Cubs have an off day Monday and return to Wrigley Field Tuesday night to open up a three game series with the Philadelphia Phillies.
