Vincennes Man Arrested for Burglary and Cyberstaslking

   Lawrence County authorities arrested a Vincennes man on a residential burglary charge Monday. Sheriff’s deputies also charged 32 year-old Frankie Frye with cyberstalking. Frye was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
