Crews with E&B Paving are set to begin milling operations in Vincennes on Monday. Milling operations are expected to take up to five days. Paving operations will begin Wednesday and are expected to take up to seven days. The streets involved in the project include 1st Street, Park Street, Minneapolis, New Albany, Rousillion Street, Manila Street, 8th Street between Main and Buntin, Wilbur Street, Green Street and Shelby Street from 15th to 2nd Street. Most of these streets will be restricted during milling and will be closed during paving operations. These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions. Please use caution in these areas.
