CUBS COMPLETE SWEEP OF BREWERS BEHIND CHATWOOD

Tyler Chatwood pitched seven strong innings and helped himself out with an RBI single leading the Chicago Cubs to a 2-0 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers Sunday and a sweep of the four game series at Wrigley Field. Chatwood allowed 2 hits, struck out 4, and walked 3 to pick up his second straight win and improve to 2-3. Addison Russell added 2 hits and a sacrifice fly as the Cubs improved to 7-1 against the Brewers this season. The shutout was the second straight for Cubs pitching and the fifth this month against Milwaukee. Kyle Davies took the loss for the Brewers. The Cubs open a three game set at Wrigley Monday evening against the Colorado Rockies with Jon Lester (2-1) going for the Cubs and Kyle Freeland (1-3) for the Rockies.
