Haliegh Hoke homered in the bottom of the 7th inning Thursday at Phil Alsman Field to give the Lawrenceville Lady Softball Indians a 5-4 come from behind win over Olney (Richland County). The squad trailed 4-2 after 4 but rallied with 2 runs in the bottom of the 5th to tie the contest setting up Hokes heroics. Jayley Akers added 3 hits and Abby Gartner had 3 hits and drove in 3 in the win. Melody Lockhart picked up the win in relief. With the victory, the Lady Indians improve to 7-8 and are scheduled to host Princeton Indiana in non-conference play Friday.
