Illinois State Police District 12 Commander, Captain Cory Ristvedt, announced the results of Occupant Restraint Enforcement patrols in Lawrence and Richland Counties during March. There were 27 total citations and arrests as well as 18 total written warnings during the patrols. There were 25 safety belt citations.
