A Lawrenceville man was injured in a single-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon. Ronald Simmons was driving south on County Road 1400 East just south of County Road 1400 North when he ran off the roadway. Simmons’ Chevy pickup went into some backwater and submerged. Simmons was able to exit the truck. Simmons was injured but refused medical treatment.
