BASEBALL INDIANS GIVE VOITLANDER FIRST COACHING WIN

The Lawrenceville Baseball Indians used a solid pitching performance by Keegan Meek to pick up their first win of the season Monday 3-1 over the Marshall Lions at Unit 20 Ballpark. Meek went 7 innings allowing only the 1 run on 3 hits, struck out 8 and walked 3. He also had 1 of the 4 Tribe hits on the day. The win was also the first as head coach for Josh Voitlander who took over this season. With the win, the Indians are now 1-2 and scheduled to play at Hutsonville Tuesday.
