A Southeast Illinois resident has received a 60 year prison sentence in connection with the sexual assault of an 8 year old girl.
54-year-old Glen Ramey was accused in the death and sexual assault of 8 year old Sabrina Stauffenberg who was found dead in late November 2016. Her body found on the south side of Olney, Illinois.
As part of a plea agreement, Ramey’s 1st Degree Murder charge was dismissed. Ramey received the 60 years, the maximum allowed by law, for pleading to Sexual Assault of a Child.
