The Lawrenceville Lady Softball Indians lost on the road Wednesday at Oblong to the Lady Panthers 9-2. Oblong scored four runs in the third, two more in the fourth, one in the fifth and two more in the sixth to cement the win. The Lady Indians are 0-2 and will host the Red Hill Lady Salukis Thursday in a Lawrence County battle at 4:30 p.m.
