A Vincennes man was arrested on drug possession charges Thursday night. Indiana State Police located 31 year-old Frank Licon the Third in the 900 block of Mallard Landing. Licon was wanted on three Knox Superior Court Two warrants for meth possession, possession of a syringe, and visiting a common nuisance. Further investigation turned up more meth and a second syringe in Licon’s possession. Licon was taken to the Knox County Jail.
