James Robert Blacker 84 of Sumner passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana.
He was born on June 18, 1933 to Mary E. (Stillwell) and Dallas Simon Blacker in Edwards County, Illinois.
James worked in Retail Sales. He was a member of the Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his 2 sons Jeffery Scott Blacker of Carmel, Indiana and Michael William Blacker of Washington, Indiana, 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and 1 niece Karen Deaton.
James was preceded in death by his parents 1 brother, 1 sister and 1 grandchild.
James wishes were to be cremated.
The Graveside Funeral service will be on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the Christy Township, Cemetery, Sumner, Illinois.
