The Vincennes City Council met in regular session Monday. The City Council discussed an interlocal agreement setting up a five-person board to run the Pantheon Theater. The building is currently owned by the downtown development group InVin. InVin has discussed transferring ownership to a combined group of City and County officials. The City Council has approved the agreement. The Knox County Commissioners and the Knox County Council have yet to approve it. Also last night, the City Council unanimously approved the appointment of Dan Osborne to the Urban Enterprise Association Board.
