Four Lawrence County players were selected to the 2017-18 Little Illini Boys Basketball All-Conference team. Named to the first team was Drew Moore of the Red Hill Salukis. Zeus Marsh of the Lawrenceville Indians was picked to the second team and Jordan Jones of the Indians and Parker Havill of the Salukis were honorable mention selections. The team was picked by vote of the league coaches.
