Lawrenceville Mayor Don Wagner gave his “State of the City” address at Thursday night’s Lawrenceville City Council meeting. Wagner gave a positive message, saying the city was on a definite “upswing” with new businesses and housing coming in. Wagner also touted improvements being made within the city including the loss of dilapidated buildings as well as upgrades to the infrastructure including water and sewer lines.
