INDIANS OVERPOWERED AT HOME BY MT CARMEL

Austin Rager scored 19 points and Jackson Marcotte added 16 off the bench to lead the visiting Mt Carmel Golden Aces to a 71-51 win over the Lawrenceville Indians Tuesday night.  Mt. Carmel led 19-9 after one quarter, 40-18 at the half, and 56-24 after three quarters enroute to their 13th win against 10 losses. For the Tribe, they were led by Christian Beamon off the bench with 15 points and Skyler Tewell added 11. The Indian JV also lost 58-35 with Eli Ivers scoring 11 and Noah Weger 10. With the loss, the Indians fall to 4-16 overall and have lost four games in a row. Their next action comes Friday when they head to Olney for conference play.
