Lawrence County State’s Attorney Michael Strange announced that two people were sentenced in Lawrence County Circuit Court this week. 27 year-old Bradley Jewell of Lawrenceville was sentenced to 30 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. That will be followed by one year of mandatory supervised release. Jewell is also required to pay a $500 drug assessment fee as well as court costs.
26 year-old Tiffany Moyes of Vincennes was sentenced to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. That will be followed by one year of mandatory supervised release. Moyes is also required to pay a $500 drug assessment fee as well as court costs.
