Play in the 2018 Little Illini Conference boys basketball tournament continued Monday night at Red Hill Junior-Senior High School in Bridgeport. In consolation bracket play, Olney defeated Paris 74-38. That sets up the consolation bracket semi-finals Wednesday night. At 6 p.m. Olney will face Red Hill in the first game and Newton will meet Lawrenceville in the second. Winners of those games will play Friday at 5 p.m. for the consolation championship. The championship semi-finals are Tuesday night beginning with top seed Casey against Marshall at 6 p.m. and Robinson versus Flora at 7:30 p.m. The winners play Friday night at 8 for the championship while the losers meet for third place at 6:30.
