Lawrenceville Woman Arrested for Harassment January 23, 2018 WAKO News A Lawrenceville woman was arrested Monday for telephone harassment. Lawrenceville Police took 59 year-old Colene Russell into custody. Russell was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and later released on bond.
