Mt. Carmel Man Arrested for Violating Order of Protection January 22, 2018 WAKO News Lawrenceville Police arrested a Mt. Carmel man Sunday for violating an order of protection. 32 year-old Clayton Kirkman was also wanted on an out-of-county warrant. Kirkman was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
