Vincennes Man Arrested for Assault January 20, 2018 WAKO News St. Francisville Police arrested a Vincennes man for aggravated assault early this morning. Police also charged 19 year-old Evan McConnell with criminal damage to state-supported property. McConnell was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
