Decker Woman Arrested for Retail Theft January 19, 2018 WAKO News Lawrenceville Police arrested a Decker, Indiana woman at Wal-Mart Thursday. Police charged 45 year-old Buffy Depina with retail theft. Depina was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and later released on bond.
