Former Lawrenceville Indian Brandt Cochran continues to play well for the College of the Ozarks Bobcats basketball team. In their win Saturday 85-75 over Johnson and Wales University out of Denver Colorado, Cochran led the Bobcats with 19 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals and played 33 minutes. His average has risen to close to 12 points per game. College of the Ozarks is now 14-7 overall and 4-2 in conference play. Their next game is Saturday at Haskell University in Kansas. The Bobcats will play here in Illinois on Tuesday, the 23rd at Lincoln Christian University near Springfield.
