The Vincennes City Council met in regular session Monday. The City Council re-appointed Scott Brown as its president for this year. Council will have a new vice-president, as Jim Westfall takes over for Brian Grove. Both officers were approved unanimously. The council also heard from councilman Tim Salters about a plan to improve support to people bringing wireless devices to areas of the city. Salters wants to consult with technology experts to make dowtnown Vincennes, as well as other city locations, more user-friendly.
