Vincennes Man Arrested on Drug Possession Charges December 1, 2017 WAKO News Lawrence County authorities arrested a Vincennes man on drug possession charges. Sheriff’s deputies charged 27 year-old Jesse Cummings with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cummings was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
