Police report that a domestic battery arrest on Monday in Knox County involved a standoff with police. Sheriff Mike Morris says they were called on a report of domestic violence at 10-a, and when they got to the house, 32-year-old Joshua Baker refused to come out which led to the standoff since police saw he was armed. They finally got into the house four hours later and arrested Baker whose now in jail on rape and criminal confinement charges.
