The boys basketball season opens Friday for the Lawrenceville Indians and the Red Hill Salukis with the eight team Lawrence County Basketball Classic at both schools. At Lawrenceville Friday at 11 a.m. Teutopolis will play Marshall followed by the Indians against Fairfield. At Red Hill Friday at 11a.m. the Salukis will play Salem followed by defending champion Mt. Carmel against Olney. Friday evening at 6 at Lawrenceville, Fairfield plays T-town followed by the Indians against Marshall. At Red Hill Friday evening at 6, Salem plays Mt. Carmel followed by the Salukis against Olney. Saturday at Lawrenceville at 10 a.m. Marshall meets Fairfield with the Indians against T-town to follow. Saturday at Red Hill at 10 a.m. the Salukis play Mt. Carmel followed by Salem against Olney. The finals will begin at Red Hill Saturday afternoon at 3;30 with the 7th place game.
