A single-vehicle accident accident occurred in Lawrence County yesterday afternoon. Jasmine Santana Williams of Tampa, Florida was driving US 50 just east of the Mid American Air Center when she lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle spun around and went off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle then went down an embankment backwards and hit some trees and shrubs before coming to rest. Williams and a passenger in her vehicle were not injured.
