One person was injured in an accident that took place on Illinois 33 in Dieterich Monday morning. Larry A Bedwell III was traveling eastbound on Route 33, just east of Oak Street in Dieterich. Bedwell left the roadway to the right, striking large septic tanks owned by Septic Solutions Incorporated. The vehicle then continued and struck the northwest corner of Wright’s Furniture and Flooring before coming to a rest. Bedwell was taken to St Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham for treatment. He was cited for improper lane usage.
