It’s homecoming week at Red Hill High School, as the Salukis prepare to host Farmer City-Blue Ridge at 1 p.m. Saturday. Homecoming Queen candidates are Anna Miller, Madison Hobbs, Mary Marley, Seanna Rodrick and Keilah Chansler. Escorts are Chase Holmes, Andy Wells, Carson Florkowski, Corbin Shoulders and Chase Murray. Disney is the theme for this year’s homecoming. Students will be taking part in “Dress-up Days” throughout the week. The annual homecoming parade is set for 6 p.m., Friday, with the lineup starting at 5:15 p.m. on the streets south of the high school. A coronation, pep rally and jersey auction will take place immediately after the parade on the football field. The coronation will be moved inside in the event of foul weather. Saturday’s football game is set for 2 p.m. The homecoming dance will take place in the school’s main gym from 7 until 10 p.m. Saturday.
