President and CEO of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce has announced he will be leaving the position after nearly 15 years.
Marc McNeece put out news release Friday morning saying his last day will be September 29th. He said he’s leaving to start a new opportunity in October. McNeece gave thanks to the chamber, the community and the friends and colleagues he has worked with through the years. He started the job in 2003 after working as an assistant in the Vincennes City Engineering Office.
The chamber board has created a search committee for a new President and will be posting the job opening.
