68 year-old Eugene C. Ochs of Ste. Marie, Illinois, has pleaded guilty to Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse, a Class 2 Felony. Ochs entered an open plea and under Illinois law he could get a 3 to 7 year sentence in prison. He is scheduled to appear at a sentencing hearing November 21st. Ochs will have to register as a sex offender and have no contact with the victim in the case or any child under 18 either directly or indirectly.
