A traffic stop on Poplar Street in Robinson lead to the arrest of two men. Matthew Seals was arrested on a Lawrence County Warrant for Burglary. Seals was also cited for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Patrick Sutton was also arrested on a Warrant out of Champaign County for Failure to Appear. Sutton was also issued a city ordinance citation for Possession of Cannabis.
