Kenneth “Kenny” R. Edmonson

Kenneth “Kenny” R. Edmonson, 71, of Vincennes, passed away July 27, 2017, at Willow Manor.

Kenny had worked at Stack Shell Gas Station, and drove a truck for Industrial Welding. He also worked for US Railway in Washington, IN. His last job was with the Vincennes Community School Corporation, where he drove a school bus and worked as a custodian. Kenny attended the Upper Indiana Presbyterian Church.

Born August 28, 1945, in Mitchell, IN, he was the son of William and Virginia (Duncan) Edmonson. His parents; his brother, Dennis Edmonson; and his sister, Lilly Rose Elrod preceded him.

Surviving is his wife, Sharon (Stack) Edmonson; his son, Jim Edmonson and his wife, Mandi, of Vincennes; his brothers, Harold Edmonson of Seymour, IN and Darren Edmonson of Vincennes; and his sisters, Margaret Bowen and Mary Hurley, both of Greenwood, IN, and Dianna King of Mitchell, IN.

Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 to 8:00 on Monday at the Gardner – Brockman Funeral Home. His funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, at 11:00, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Upper Indiana Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
