-The Vincennes Police Department investigated an incident involving a threat at 823 Hart Street at 2:30 this morning. On the scene they made two warrant arrests. 34-year-old Melissa M. Serrano was charged on a warrant for resisting law enforcement. 27-year-old Levett Walker was arrested on a Mississippi warrant for a parole violation.
-At 1:31 this morning, 47 year old Ruben Cardoza was booked into the Knox County Jail on operating a vehicle while intoxicated charges.
