Irma Gremore Pruesner, 99, of Vincennes

Irma Gremore Pruesner, 99, of Vincennes passed away November 17, 2016 at Bridgepoint Health Campus.

Irma was born June 16, 1917 in Knox County the daughter of George and Mabel Gremore.
Irma was a member of St. John United Church of Christ and was a 1935 graduate of Decker Chapel High School. Her memberships included, life membership in the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Eastern Star and volunteered for 25 years at the Red Cross. She enjoyed spending time with her friends at the Harmony and loved to play bingo.
Surviving is her son Steve Pruesner of Vincennes; her sister Maxine Lafferty, and her brother Ken Gremore and his wife Ruth of Bloomfield; her grandchildren Kelly Caskey and her husband Mark of Cincinnati, Melinda Brady and her husband Michael of Evansville; her great-grandchildren Jarrett and Carley Caskey, and Carson Brady.
Preceding Irma in death was her husband Leslie Pruesner whom she married October 26, 1940 and preceded her on October 19, 1980; her parents, her son, Michael Craig Pruesner, her siblings, Alma Rainey, Lois Meyer, Gladys Barmes and Juanita Spitts.
Funeral services will be held 10:00am Tuesday, November 22 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends and family may visit Monday from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Goodwin Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Red Cross.
