DAVIESS COUNTY
-A Knox County woman was jailed in Washington yesterday for theft. 36-year-old Melissa A. Carpenter of Wheatland was arrested by Washington Police and booked into the security center at 6:18 pm last night and was being held on $2000 bond.
-37-year-old Nikia w. Bell of Indianapolis was arrested on warrant yesterday in Daviess County for failure to appear. Bond was set at $2000.
KNOX COUNTY
Vincennes Police arrested a local woman on outstanding warrant Thursday afternoon. Around 4:50 pm, Officers located 38-year-old Bernice Jo Brewer at a residence on East Minneapolis Avenue. She was booked into the Knox County jail on a warrant for contempt
-At 4:10 this morning, 26-year-old Amanda Acuna was jailed in Knox County for operating while intoxicated with greater that .15 blood alcohol content.
-Vincennes University Police arrested 19-year-old Christopher Kidwell over night. He’s charged with illegal consuming and was booke din at just before 3-am.
-Latrena Sparks, 19, was arrested last night by VUPD for disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement and operating without a license. She was incarcerated at 7:17-pm.
