Good Samaritan Foundation’s Pumpkin PRIDE obstacle course run/walk will be taking place this Saturday beginning at 9 am at the Fox Ridge Nature Park.

PRIDE   stands for patient, respect, integrity, dignity, and excellence brings awareness to the importance of patient care.

Foundation Specialist, Nicole Coomer, says the event began when people saw a need and did something about it.

Adult obstacles include the ghost tunnel, franken-tire walk and hale bale climb. Kids can also go through the ghost tunnel, walk the plank and pumpkin roll.

New to the walk this year will be the family dog walk and a yoga garden for anyone who is not interested in running.

Prizes will be awarded to winners of most competitive male and female, best costume and more.
