Two domestic battery arrests, a break in investigation and a court disturbance reported.

 

A Vincennes Man was arrested overnight on a charge of domestic battery. 34-year-old Billy Joe McCoy was taken into custody following a family dispute. He is being held without bond at the Knox County Jail.

42-year-old Christopher Mullins of Bicknell was Wednesday on a charge of domestic battery by Bicknell Police. He’s being held on 15-thousand dollars bond.

25-year-old Bradley Wayne Lunsford of Vincennes was booked into the Knox County Jail Wednesday after attempting to break into a residence. He is charged with resdential entry and criminal mischief. Lunsford is being held on 5-thousand dollars bond.

Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Lawrenceville Illinois after creating a disturbance in court yesterday. 41-year-old Finnis Hughett, Junior is being held in the Knox County Jail charged with contempt of court. His bond is set at 500-dollars.

20-year-old Aaron Smith of Vincennes is also facing contempt of court charges yesterday. He is being held without bond at the Knox County Jail.

A Bicknell man was arrested in Vincennes yesterday afternoon on charges of criminal trespass. Around 1:35 pm Vincennes Police were called to the Bowman Terrace Apartments where they came into contact with 28-year-old Brandon Lee Cummins. Following an investigation, officers arrested Cummins and took him to the Knox County Jail where he was formally charged with Criminal Trespass and Invasion of Privacy. The Vincennes Housing Authority’s Security officer assisted in the investigation.
