Ronald “Ronnie” Deschamp, 81, Oaktown, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016 at Oak Village Nursing Home.
Ronnie was born September 22, 1934, in Oaktown, the son of Perry and Lena (Charlie) Deschamp. He retired after 25 years as a welder and truck driver for Munich Welding. He enjoyed fishing and boating.
Ronnie is survived by his children, Terry (Jackie) Deschamp of Jasonville, Patty Irons of Jasonville, Perry (Karla) Deschamp of Jasonville, Richard Deschamp of Knoxville, TN, and Ross (Dawn) Deschamp of Jasonville; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Richard “Dickie Lee” Deschamp; and son, Thomas Ray Deschamp.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Oaktown Chapel.
