Pinnell told members of the Vincennes Redevelopment Commission that phase two is on hold pending developments for a proposed walking trail and bike path that would connect the George Rogers Memorial with Kimmell Park.

Pinnell says they are going to delay paving Levee Street until further discussions are held about tying the two sites together. Pinnell says they are also in talks with the National Parks Service about doing another piping project that would include adding a sidewalk between the Vigo Street Bridge and Main Street. He says the sidewalk would connect to the Heritage Trail which is currently under construction along Culbertson Boulevard.
