Ted Dye, 73, of Vincennes, passed away at 8:05 am Monday August 15, 2016 at his residence.
He was born on July 27, 1943 in Vincennes to Thomas Everett and Virginia (Cardinal) Dye.
Ted owned and operated Dye Brothers Auto Sales for many years and enjoyed hanging out with his grandchildren.
Surviving is his wife, Gloria (Casarez) Dye, whom he married on August 31, 1977; his children, Debbie Webb and her husband Gary of Carlisle, Ted Dye Jr. and his wife Stephanie of Vincennes, Cathy Weaver of Terre Haute, Tonya Corbin of Terre Haute, Karen Britain of Dallas, Scott Kindley and his wife Enid of Indianapolis, and Pam Fischer of Vincennes; along with several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Ted was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Jim Dye.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, August 19, 2016 at Goodwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon until the service on Friday.
