Ruth Long, 72, of Vincennes, passed away August 5, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Ruth was a homemaker.
Born September 4, 1943, in Tennessee, she was the daughter of James Edgar and Edna Lee (Walton) Binnion. Her parents; her husband, O’DonaldLong; her sisters, Katheryn Holley, Cornelia Davis, Helen Hackney, Doris Binnion and Dorothy Binnion; and her brothers, Robert Lee Binnion, Charles Binnion, and Francis Binnion preceded her.
Surviving are her children, Donna Dixon of Vincennes, Denise Walls of Vincennes, Chris Long of Vincennes, and Crystal Bach and her husband, Josh, of Lawrenceville, IL; her sisters, Elizabeth Alford of Plant City, FL, Irene King of Auburndale, FL, Josephine McCain of Kathleen, FL, and Shirley Ross of Plant City, FL; her brothers, Gene Binnion of Michigan, James Binnion of Lakeland, FL, and Richard Binnion of Lakeland, FL; her grandchildren, Starla Like, Cole Walls, Dyllon Reilley, Felicity Neilson, Ashley Neilson, Draven Long, and Marley Long; and her great-grandchildren Camdyn Walls, Sophie Reilley, and Kayleigh Walls.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, at 10:00 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 9:00 – 10:00 at the cemetery on Wednesday.
