Two were arrested at 6th and Vigo early today.
A man was arrested at 1:15 this morning in Vincennes for criminal trespassing. David Redfern’s arrest came after police were called to a trespassing complaint at 6th and Vigo. Also arrested at the scene was LeAnn Hicks who was wanted on a warrant. She’s also charged with resisting law enforcement and possession of paraphernalia.
