Man facing charges of impersonating a police officer.
Vincennes police went to the Holiday Inn Express at 1:10 this morning to investigate the report of an intoxicated person and an alleged battery incident. 33-year-old Russel Smith of Vincennes was taken into custody for battery, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, drug possession and impersonating a police officer.
