Local man charged with possession and other charges.
Vincennes police made an arrest last night after a traffic stop. At 7:19-pm 35-year-old Todd Michael Lewis Jones was stopped at 10th and Broadway. He was arrested for operating while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and driving while suspended.
