A local agency in Daviess County is celebrating 30 years today. On July 1st, 1986, Four Rivers Resource Services was formed by consolidating existing program in Daviess, Martin, Sullivan and Greene Counties. Four Rivers works with residents who suffer with disabilities and other challenges to pursue independence in everyday life. In the past 30 years the agency has grown to offer supported employment, behavior management, preschool, healthy families and even public transportation and housing.
